i'm freaking angry....grRRRRRRR...i need a place to rant...
stupid china man...feel like boxing him can???!!! customer scold him nia, he cannot stand it and he'll play tai chi...WTH.....can't he just learn how to handle customers??!!! he's in customer service line for goodness sake!!! i believe the customers aren't angry at times but the more they speak to him, the angrier they get. me too gets angrier and angrier each time i speak to him. to not sour our colleague-n-colleague relationship further, i try not to say him anymore (which i used to). but sometimes, i really can't tahan sia....i can sense that i very biased towards this man but i can't help it. everytime he speaks to me, i'm irritated by it. in the past, i was even contemplating if i should change job because i can't work with him. arghh~ now, i'm binded by my own reasons to stay on so i can only pray he doesn't stay on further after his contract....butz.....i doubt he'll leave...shitty shit shit...
