yipee~ i've settled on the location!!! it's going to be at changi beach club. hehe...paid the deposit yesterday. step 1 done and i can slowly proceed with the rest of the steps. lalalala....
yesterday, attended my parent's re-vow in hokkien huay guan in telok ayer street. didn't expect it to be so grand lor....still have road closure for it sia...hahaha....butz....it isn't as grand till the extend of having air-con and restaurant class service. so, i think i kind of over dress...hahaha....wore a tube dress and heels and guess what!!! everyone turned up casual lor...jeans and t-shirt....hahahaha....and the dinner was a buffet, not those course dinner. (-__-)" but overall it was quite nice (although i got myself a swollen ankle due to all those mosquito bites i got from there). =P
there were a total of 39 couples taking their vows on stage whereby 33 are re-vows and 6 are having their actual solemnization. had my parents among the 33 and my ah yi among the 6. hehe....seeing my parents kissing in front for the first time larz!!! hahahaha.....too bad the pictures i took was totally blur and plus my card reader is having some problem, i can't upload the pictures now. will upload when i can.... =D initially, i was worried that my parents will end up quarrelling yesterday during the ceremony, cos before i left home in the morning, mum was still grumbling that dad couldn't take full day leave to accompany her. hahaha.....but...phew....dad manage to pacify mum in time with a bouquet of roses. hahahaha.....see....older women do need someone to pacify them too....as if they're a teenager. hahahahaha....and everything turned out fine and well yesterday. happy for them...
and now, i'm feeling so damn uncomfortable with the lumps and lumps of mosquito bites on my legs as well as my arms!!! arghhh~ can't help scratching them and they're red and swollen now. gross~ hope it doesn't leave any scars....i don't want to be a bride in an all covered gown!!!!! =P
